Effective as of 2026. Welcome to Orisylva, a provider of smart AI devices and related services. These terms govern your access to and use of Orisylva website, products, and services.
1. Introduction
Your use of Orisylva products, including AI vacuum cleaners, air conditioners, smart cat water fountains, and other essential devices, constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Definitions
- Services: On-site or remote assistance, installation, maintenance, or monitoring related to AI devices.
- Information Products: Digital guides, software updates, online tutorials, and training materials provided by Orisylva.
- Goods: Physical devices and accessories offered for sale by Orisylva.
3. Service Categories
3.1 Services
Services include installation, calibration, cleaning sessions, and performance checks for AI devices. Scheduling is subject to availability.
3.2 Information Products
Information products include downloadable manuals, software enhancements, and video courses designed to support device use.
3.3 Goods
Goods consist of AI-enabled vacuum cleaners, air conditioners, cat water fountains, filters, and related accessories.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates dirham (AED). Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment is processed at the time of order. For custom integration services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to cover preparatory work.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Services
- Standard services may be rescheduled without additional charge if you notify Orisylva at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Approved refunds for services are credited back to the original payment method within 7 days.
- Once a service session begins or is completed, no credits or refunds are available.
- Custom integration services require a deposit which is non-refundable due to initial setup and resource allocation.
5.2 Information Products
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no download activity has occurred.
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 10 days.
- If download or access to the digital content has begun, no refund can be processed.
5.3 Goods
- Unused goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
- Once received and inspected by Orisylva, a refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for refund.
- Shipping costs for sending back goods are the responsibility of the buyer unless Orisylva agrees otherwise.
6. Service Availability and Modifications
Orisylva reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or product offerings at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of major changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Orisylva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services.
8. Termination
Orisylva may suspend or terminate access to services or accounts at any time for breach of these terms or applicable policies.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
